NoGi BJJ is practiced without the gi, typically wearing a rash guard and shorts. In Gi BJJ, you can grab your opponent's clothing, such as the collar, sleeves, and pants, to control and submit them.

How often should I train?The frequency of training depends on your goals and schedule. Beginners typically start with 2-3 classes per week. As you advance, you may choose to train more frequently. Consistency is key to progress in BJJ.
