Special Guest Instructor: Ben Bennett Shares Arm Bar Mastery

This past Friday evening, we had the privilege of hosting Ben Bennett, one of Nam’s accomplished students and the head of the successful Mata Leão gym in Bradford. Ben shared his expertise in a focused session on a highly effective arm bar from a tight S mount position. His clear teaching and attention to detail gave everyone new tools to refine their game and elevate their submissions.

Thanks to Nam’s deep network of connections, members regularly enjoy free sessions with top-level instructors, including elite competitors like Ben, Commonwealth wrestlers, MMA fighters, and more.
